Just a quick one this.
Someone's done a FoI request for NCC's management structure and the response is more detailed than the organogram on the website so I thought I'd post it up here.
It's already out of date mind as Corporate Director of Communities Michael Williams has retired and they are in the process of recruiting his replacement.

On JoCo's blog, he states, in support of his spat with Grant Shapps and Eric Pickles: "Our Chief Executive has taken a pay cut, we’ve reduced the number of senior managers by more than one third...".
I'm not sure how much less Ms Todd is getting now but it's hard to see where that number of senior managers have been deleted from on these diagrams.

Not sure about posts gone at lower levels and I wonder whether Jane Todd's pay cut was that which took place when she moved from the temp position (when she was on secondment from Dept of Communities) to the permanent one.
